We are honored to welcome Dai Shihan Noguchi Yukio to Helsinki in 2027.
Noguchi Sensei is one of the most senior instructors in the Bujinkan Dōjō, having trained for 55 years directly under Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi, founder and the headmaster of Bujinkan. He is one of the two most senior students of Hatsumi Sensei, as well a Bujinkan Dai-Shihan and the 19th Sōke of Kotō Ryū Happō Biken. Noguchi Sensei also holds Menkyo Kaiden (full transmission licenses) in Gyokko Ryū Koshijutsu, Togakure Ryū Ninpō Taijutsu, and Kukishin Ryū Bōjutsu. He continues to teach regularly at the Bujinkan Hombu Dōjō in Noda, Japan.
Known throughout the Bujinkan community for his unique movement and joyful approach to training, Noguchi Sensei combines precision, timing, balance, and natural flow with remarkable effectiveness. His classes are dynamic, highly technical, and full of energy, yet always delivered with warmth, humility, and a sense of humor. Students are often inspired by his ability to reveal countless possibilities within even the most fundamental techniques.
Despite his exceptional skill and decades of experience, Noguchi Sensei remains dedicated to preserving and sharing the teachings he received from Hatsumi Sensei. For practitioners seeking authentic Bujinkan training, the opportunity to learn directly from him is truly special.
