The Organizer is the controller of personal data collected in connection with registration, ticket sales, and participation in Noguchi Taikai Finland 2027 (“Event”).

Payment card details are processed by our payment service provider and are not stored by the Organizer.

Event Registration and Administration To process registrations, issue tickets, manage attendance, communicate event-related information, and provide customer support. Legal basis: Performance of a contract.
Payment Processing To process ticket purchases and maintain accounting records. Legal basis: Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
Compliance with Legal Obligations To comply with accounting, tax, and other statutory requirements. Legal basis: Legal obligation.
Event Safety and Organization To manage event logistics, participant safety, and emergency situations. Legal basis: Legitimate interests.
Photography, Video Recording and Promotion The Event may be photographed, recorded, or filmed for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes. Images and recordings may be used on:

- Future event marketing materials
- Printed promotional materials
Legal basis: Legitimate interests in documenting and promoting the Event. Where required by applicable law, additional consent may be requested for specific uses.
4. Photography and Video Recordings
By attending the Event, participants acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur.
The Organizer will seek to respect reasonable privacy concerns. Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable promotional photographs are encouraged to contact the Organizer before or during the Event.
The Organizer will assess and respond to requests on a case-by-case basis where reasonably possible.
5. Dietary Information and Allergies
Dietary preferences, allergies, and food restrictions provided during registration will be shared only to the extent necessary with the Event’s catering provider.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that information submitted during registration is accurate and complete. Such information will only be collected where voluntarily provided by the participant.
Changes requested after registration may not be possible and may need to be arranged directly with the catering provider.
Health-related information such as allergy information will be processed only for the purpose of arranging suitable meals and ensuring participant safety.
6. Recipients of Personal Data
We may share personal data with:
- Payment service providers
- Event management and registration service providers
- Catering providers (dietary requirements only)
- Venue operators where necessary
- Professional photographers or media service providers
